I met Emily Kate when she performed in her mum's (Laura) Stage Star Gospel choir. All ages, great fun and lovely harmonies. Laura is also a part of “The Nouveau Sisters “duo currently performing on the South Wales pub and club circuit. So an all round talented family.
Back to Emily Kate. This video was put together as a bit of fun. Unfortunately there is some occasional noise on the actual backing track but as this was EK’s first time recording and this was the track EK had practiced with I thought it best to continue with it. To be honest, Emily Kate's singing and lovely smile means you probably won't even hear the noise and a lot of what I do is really more about kids feeling comfortable and having fun.

Straight away he made myself and Emily Kate feel at home, and explained the whole process of what he was doing throughout the recording. Emily-Kate thoroughly enjoyed it and the finished product was fantastic. The sound was superb and crystal clear. As a singer myself I have heard many recordings by various studios and Kevin's was spot on. He even put a photo of EK on the cd which was a lovely touch.
